Bu sebepledir ki, gerek deney ve gerekse ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131yla g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir spor olmu\u015ftur. A\u011f\u0131r bir spor oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in hem g\u00fc\u00e7 hem de r\u00fbh\u00ee y\u00f6nden sa\u011flam ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131labilir. So\u011fukkanl\u0131l\u0131k ve \u00e2ni karar verme, son noktaya var\u0131ncaya kadar tehlikeleri g\u00f6ze alabilmek esast\u0131r.<br><br>Sa\u011flam ki\u015filerin yapabilece\u011fi bir spor oldu\u011fundan, bu spora ba\u015flayacak olanlar\u0131n tam te\u015fekk\u00fcll\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131k kurullar\u0131ndan rapor almalar\u0131 l\u00e2z\u0131md\u0131r; yoksa 2000-4000 m mes\u00e2felerden sonra \u201cda\u011f hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d (da\u011f tutmas\u0131)na yakalanmalar\u0131 muhtemeldir. Bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131k kandaki oksijen bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Orta kulakta ve barsakta bulunan havan\u0131n geni\u015flemesi sonucu, kulak a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, solunum s\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu durumlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca t\u0131rmanmaktan vazge\u00e7melidir.<br><br>Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k malzemeleri: R\u00fczg\u00e2r ge\u00e7irmeyen elbise, y\u00fcn i\u00e7 \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r, \u00f6zel ayakkab\u0131, kal\u0131n \u00e7orap, ba\u015fl\u0131k, kar g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, buz baltas\u0131, \u00fczengi, delikli \u00e7ivi, t\u0131rmanma ipi, pusula, izci \u00e7ak\u0131s\u0131, piton, buz t\u0131rna\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ekiz, halka, uyku tulumu, burgu, takoz, barometre ve \u00e7ok y\u00fckseklere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oksijen t\u00fcp\u00fc.<br><br><strong>Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k terimleri:<\/strong><br>1. Birbirine halatlarla ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f gruba \u201ck\u00e2file\u201d;<br>2.Yama\u00e7 \u00fcst\u00fcndeki d\u00fczl\u00fcklerde a\u011fa\u00e7 veya ta\u015ftan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f evlere \u201cda\u011f evi\u201d;<br>3. Buraya t\u0131rmanmak i\u00e7in halat ve \u00e7ivilerden ba\u015fka \u00fczengi kullanmak gerekir.<br><br><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sporu:\u00a0<\/strong><br>Memleketimizde spor olarak da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 1920\u2019lerde ba\u015flad\u0131.T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk da\u011fa t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f Hamilton ismindeki bir \u0130ngiliz\u2019in Erciyes Da\u011f\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u0131rman\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci D\u00fcny\u00e2 Sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra, da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k daha \u00e7ok asker\u00ee bir hareket olarak kendini g\u00f6sterdi. 1924\u2019te Albay Cemil Cahit Bey, subay ve erlerden meydana gelen bir grupla Erciyes\u2019in doru\u011funa \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 1926\u2019da \u201cDa\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k T\u00e2limg\u00e2h\u0131\u201d ad\u0131 allt\u0131nda ilk da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k okulu kuruldu.<br><br>Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sporundaki \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda kendini g\u00f6sterdi. \u0130lk da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k kul\u00fcb\u00fc o d\u00f6nemin \u0130stanbul V\u00e2lisi Muhittin \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f taraf\u0131ndan \u201cT\u00fcrk Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck, Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve K\u0131\u015f Sporlar\u0131 Kul\u00fcb\u00fc\u201d ad\u0131yla kuruldu (1933). Ayn\u0131 senelerde Bursa\u2019da Bursa Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve K\u0131\u015f Sporlar\u0131 Kul\u00fcb\u00fc kuruldu. Bu geli\u015fmelerden sonra da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sporu t\u00e2rihinde ilk federasyon, 1938 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cDa\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve K\u0131\u015f Sporlar\u0131 Federasyonu\u201d olarak kuruldu. 1939\u2019da ayn\u0131 federasyon \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve Kayak Federasyonu\u201d \u015feklini ald\u0131.<br><br>Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Latif Osman \u00c7\u0131k\u0131gil ve ekibi getirildi. 1966 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise yaln\u0131z da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131kla ilgili \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k Federasyonu\u201d kuruldu. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yine Latif Osman \u00c7\u0131k\u0131gil getirildi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan sonra da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sporuna ilgi artt\u0131. 1969\u2019da ilk def\u00e2 Avusturya ve Alman da\u011fc\u0131lar\u0131 ile T\u00fcrk da\u011fc\u0131lar\u0131 Cilo ve A\u011fr\u0131 da\u011flar\u0131na t\u0131rmand\u0131lar. Bundan bir y\u0131l sonra T\u00fcrk da\u011fc\u0131lar\u0131 da \u0130talya, Almanya ve Avusturya\u2019da o \u00fclkenin da\u011fc\u0131lar\u0131yla t\u0131rmanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar (1970). 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda D\u00fcny\u00e2 Da\u011fc\u0131lar Birli\u011fi (UIAA)ne \u00fcye olundu. Bu t\u00e2rihlerden sonra \u00fcniversiteler de da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sporuyla al\u00e2kalanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hemen her mevsim t\u0131rmanmaya elveri\u015fli da\u011flar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Um\u00fbmiyetle bu spor \u00fclkemizde \u00fcniversite gen\u00e7leri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine Tibetli iki bayan do\u011fuda 7595 m y\u00fcksekli\u011findeki Kongur Tiube Da\u011f\u0131na t\u0131rmanmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p><p>Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k insanlar\u0131n do\u011fay\u0131, ya\u015fam\u0131 ve kendilerini tan\u0131mak i\u00e7in, kendi fiziksel ve psikolojik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek ve geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in do\u011fada, y\u00fckseklere do\u011fru yapt\u0131klar\u0131 yolculuklar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir spor dal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak, da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k sadece t\u0131rmanmaktan olu\u015fmaz, m\u00fccadele, risk ve zorluk da i\u00e7erir. Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k hepsinin \u00f6tesinde, da\u011f\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 iyi bilmek demektir. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131labilecek zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelebilecek beceriye de sahip olmay\u0131 gerektirir. Orman s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n bitti\u011fi yerlerden itibaren zirveye do\u011fru yap\u0131lan y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ve t\u0131rman\u0131\u015flar da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n en basit tan\u0131m\u0131 olarak kabul edilir. Bu s\u0131n\u0131r, co\u011frafyalara g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterse de, ortalama 2 bin metre civar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu seviyeden yukar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp, t\u0131rmand\u0131k\u00e7a hem yer\u00e7ekiminin etkisi hem de havadaki oksijenin azalmas\u0131 sporcuyu zorlar. Belki yine nefes al\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z ama havadaki oksijen \u00e7ok daha ince, \u00e7ok daha azd\u0131r. Bu durum yorgunlu\u011fu katlar, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi yarat\u0131r, birka\u00e7 metre y\u00fcr\u00fcmeyi bile olay haline getirir. \u201cPeki bu insanlar niye buraya t\u0131rman\u0131yor? Dertleri ne?\u201d diye merak ediyorsan\u0131z s\u00f6yleyelim: T\u0131rmanmak;\u00a0insano\u011flunun en eski d\u00fcrt\u00fclerinden biridir. Zaman\u0131nda y\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131lardan ka\u00e7mak, avlara tuzak kurmak i\u00e7in a\u011fa\u00e7lara, ta\u015flara, kayalara t\u0131rmanan, y\u00fckseklerdeki ma\u011faralarda ya\u015fayan insano\u011flu bu d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fcnden kurtulabilmi\u015f de\u011fil. Hatta bunu art\u0131k bir spor faaliyeti olarak canl\u0131 tutmak i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6steriyor.<br><br><strong>Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n T\u00fcrleri<\/strong><br><strong>Alpinizm<\/strong><br><strong>Alpin stil:<\/strong>\u00a0Ama\u00e7 do\u011frudan zirvedir.
