V\u00fccudumuz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli vitaminlerden biri olan B vitamini, suda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnen vitaminler grubunda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>B1(tiamin), B2(riboflovin), B3(niasin), B5(pantotenik), B6(pridoksin), B7(biyotin), B12(kobalamin) ve folik asit olmak \u00fczere 8 \u00e7e\u015fit B vitamini bulunmaktad\u0131r.
