G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n UIAA sertifikas\u0131na<br>sahip olmas\u0131, markalar\u0131n m\u00fckemmellik standard\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir zorunluluktur. Buna ek olarak UIAA, da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k aktivitelerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamak \u00fczere, kendini \u00e7evre korunmas\u0131na adam\u0131\u015f bir kurulu\u015ftur.<\/p><p>Bu makalede, da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k deneyimi az olan ya da hi\u00e7 olmayan ve da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetlerini g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek isteyen ki\u015filer i\u00e7in UIAA\u2019n\u0131n yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel \u00f6nerileri aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k Aktiviteleri Ba\u015flamadan \u00d6nce Yap\u0131lacaklar<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hedeflerinizi ve yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z faaliyetin seviyesini mevcut sa\u011fl\u0131k ve zindelik durumunuza g\u00f6re belirleyin. Kendinize kar\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst olun.<\/li>\n\n<li>B\u00fct\u00fcn kronik hastal\u0131klar do\u011fru \u015fekilde tedavi edilmelidir. T\u00fcm aktivite s\u00fcrecini kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek uygun ve yeterli miktarda ila\u00e7 sto\u011funuz oldu\u011fundan emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Ayr\u0131ca, kaybolma riskine kar\u015f\u0131 yedek ila\u00e7lar bulundurmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n<li>Sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuzla ilgili herhangi bir endi\u015feniz varsa, mutlaka bir doktora dan\u0131\u015fmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u0130htiyac\u0131n\u0131z olan t\u00fcm ki\u015fisel t\u0131bbi ekipmana sahip olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z ve tabi ki, da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k aktivitelerine ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce bu ekipman\u0131 nas\u0131l kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 biliyor olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Seyahatinizi ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortan\u0131z\u0131 aktivite kapsam\u0131nda planlanan faaliyetlere g\u00f6re d\u00fczenleyin.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k Aktiviteleri Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 A\u015famas\u0131nda Yap\u0131lacaklar<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hava durumunu bilmelisiniz. \u0130zleyece\u011finiz rota ile ilgili bilgi ve tavsiyeler edinin. Aktivitenizi mevcut ko\u015fullara ve zaman dilimine uyarlay\u0131n. Yola \u00e7\u0131kmadan \u00f6nce rotan\u0131z\u0131 veya t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 (yani var\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131, rotay\u0131 ve programlanan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f tarihini) kaydedin.<\/li>\n\n<li>Temel malzeme ve yiyecekleri (yeterli yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek, uygun k\u0131yafetler, acil durum ekipman\u0131, ilk yard\u0131m seti, g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u015fapka veya ba\u015fl\u0131k) unutmay\u0131n.<\/li>\n\n<li>Yerel kurtarma hizmetlerinin telefon numaralar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetmelisiniz.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Da\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k Aktiviteleri Esnas\u0131nda Yap\u0131lacaklar<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>V\u00fccudun a\u015famal\u0131 olarak adapte olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in, seferin ilk 30 dakikas\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015f\u00e7a y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek ge\u00e7irin.<\/li>\n\n<li>M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse 2-3 saatte bir dinlenme, yeme ve i\u00e7me molas\u0131 verin. A\u00e7 veya susuz olmasan\u0131z dahi, biraz yemeli ve bolca s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketmelisiniz. Karbonhidrattan zengin yiyeceklerle beslenin. Da\u011fdaki faaliyetinizi tamamlayana kadar alkol t\u00fcketmeyin.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00c7ocuklar ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar, yeti\u015fkinlerden daha az fiziksel rezerve sahiptir. Bu y\u00fczden, yeti\u015fkinlere g\u00f6re daha s\u0131k dinlenmeleri, yemeleri ve i\u00e7meleri gerekir.<\/li>\n\n<li>2,500-3,000 metrenin \u00fczerindeki alanlarda, e\u011fer arazi elveriyorsa, uyuyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yerin y\u00fcksekli\u011fini g\u00fcnde 300-500 metreden fazla artt\u0131rmay\u0131n. Ayr\u0131ca, her 3 g\u00fcnl\u00fck t\u0131rman\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 irtifada fazladan bir gece daha ge\u00e7irmeniz \u00f6nerilir.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Herhangi bir Aksakl\u0131k Durumunda Yap\u0131lacaklar<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hava ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 halinde tepe ve kenarlardan ini\u015f yapman\u0131z gerekebilir. Bir f\u0131rt\u0131na meydana gelirse, uzun a\u011fa\u00e7lardan ve elektrik direklerinden uzak durun. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ma\u011faralar\u0131n i\u00e7inde veya d\u00f6k\u00fclen kayal\u0131klar\u0131n alt\u0131nda durmay\u0131n.<\/li>\n\n<li>Yaralanan veya hastalanan ki\u015fileri terk etmeyin. (Not: Dil engeli bir risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr! Hasta veya yaral\u0131larla kalan ki\u015fi onlar\u0131n anadilini konu\u015fuyor olmal\u0131d\u0131r). Gerekli tedavi yap\u0131lmal\u0131, hasta so\u011fuktan korunmal\u0131 ve gerekirse yard\u0131m istenmelidir.<\/li>\n\n<li>E\u011fer aktivite esnas\u0131nda herhangi bir noktada bir ki\u015fi k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015firse, ini\u015fin veya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn nas\u0131l yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 derhal(!) g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer y\u00fcksek irtifada kendinizi k\u00f6t\u00fc hissederseniz, semptomlar, aksi ispatlanmad\u0131k\u00e7a y\u00fcksek irtifadan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumda t\u0131rman\u0131\u015fa devam etmeyin ve e\u011fer kendinizi \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc hissederseniz veya sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuz daha k\u00f6t\u00fcye giderse derhal ini\u015f yapmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n<li>Haritadaki konumunuzu her daim bilmeli veya GPS navigasyonunu kullanmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.
