Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r kilo kaybetmek i\u00e7in uygulanan diyet programlar\u0131, yeni \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yerini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme y\u00f6ntemlerine b\u0131rak\u0131yor.<\/p><p>Uygulayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z beslenme programlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenilir, kal\u0131c\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek gerekiyor. Yeni bir beslenme program\u0131 uygulamak istiyorsan\u0131z, bir uzmandan yard\u0131m alman\u0131z\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz. Meyve ve sebzenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tam tah\u0131llar, f\u0131nd\u0131k, badem, ceviz gibi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011flar i\u00e7eren kuruyemi\u015fleri de i\u00e7ermektedir. \u015eeker ilavesi bulunan, fazla rafine edilmi\u015f ve i\u015flenmi\u015f yiyeceklere de k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirilen Akdeniz tarz\u0131 beslenme program\u0131nda, tip2 diyabet ve kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n riskini de en aza indirmektedir.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Vejetaryen Tarz\u0131 Beslenme\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong>Son y\u0131llarda bireylerin fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ile hayvanlar\u0131 koruma, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ve ekolojik sistem dengesinin \u00f6n planda olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn vejetaryen beslenenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steriyor.
