Ancak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek, yaln\u0131zca v\u00fccudumuzun gereksinim duydu\u011fu vitamin ve mineralleri i\u00e7eren besinleri t\u00fcketmek demek de\u011fildir.<\/p><p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve yararl\u0131 besinler t\u00fcketseniz de, bunlar\u0131 nas\u0131l t\u00fcketmeniz konusunda bilgi edinmeniz gerekiyor.
