{"id":4249,"date":"2023-05-03T11:46:28","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T08:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blog.extremeoutdoor.com.tr\/?p=4249"},"modified":"2023-05-03T11:49:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T08:49:57","slug":"kosu-bandinizi-dogru-kullanin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.extremeoutdoor.com.tr\/index.php\/2023\/05\/03\/kosu-bandinizi-dogru-kullanin\/","title":{"rendered":"KO\u015eU BANDINIZI DO\u011eRU KULLANIN!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uzmanlar, ko\u015fu bantlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ko\u015fu esnas\u0131nda uygun ayakkab\u0131 se\u00e7meniz ya da \u00e7orapla ko\u015fmay\u0131 denerseniz,bu durumun ayak bile\u011finizden dizinize kadar tedavisi son derece zor sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyor.<\/p><p><strong>Ayakkab\u0131s\u0131z Ko\u015fmay\u0131n !<\/strong><\/p><p>Bu durumun en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri, evde bir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f aleti olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ko\u015fu band\u0131nda iyi bir ayakkab\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131, band\u0131n \u00fczerinde basit ayakkab\u0131larla hatta \u00e7orapla ko\u015fulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Band\u0131n Se\u00e7imi \u00d6nemli<\/strong><\/p><p>Ko\u015fu band\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7imi de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Son y\u0131llarda ko\u015fu bantlar\u0131nda teknolojik geli\u015fmeler \u00e7ok fazla ama yine de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sat\u0131lan ko\u015fu bantlar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 yumu\u015fat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 yani tartan\u0131 olmayan bantlard\u0131r. Bu durumda siz yere aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 koydu\u011funuz anda verilen g\u00fc\u00e7 ayn\u0131 \u015fiddette ayak bile\u011fine, dize ve kal\u00e7aya gelir. Bu da eklemdeki k\u0131k\u0131rdaklar \u00fczerine a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fck getirir. Belli bir s\u00fcre sonra da a\u011fr\u0131ya neden olur. Bu y\u00fczden ko\u015fu band\u0131 se\u00e7erken mutlaka yumu\u015fat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan bantl\u0131 ko\u015fu cihazlar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7mek gerekir. Bu yumu\u015fat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n s\u0131f\u0131rdan 8\u2032e kadar modelleri bulunur. Bunlar\u0131 kendi ritminize ve v\u00fccut yap\u0131n\u0131za g\u00f6re ayarlayabilirsiniz. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ko\u015fularda bu bantlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekten son derece \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p><p><strong>S\u00fcreyi Abartmay\u0131n<\/strong><\/p><p>Ayr\u0131ca ko\u015fu bantlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m sisteminde de baz\u0131 hatalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Spor yapman\u0131n \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek her g\u00fcn 45 dakika banda \u00e7\u0131kanlar var. \u00dcstelik bu 45 dakikan\u0131n son 20 dakikas\u0131 ko\u015fu tarz\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu kadar yo\u011fun bir tempo eklemlere a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fck getirerek a\u011fr\u0131 yarat\u0131r, sonra da k\u0131k\u0131rdak h\u00fccrelerini etkileyerek kayba yol a\u00e7ar. \u0130deal olan\u0131 iki g\u00fcnde bir yar\u0131m saati ge\u00e7meyen y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler ve ko\u015fular yapmakt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle a\u011fr\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra mutlaka bir doktor kontrol\u00fcnden ge\u00e7mek ve ko\u015fu band\u0131 kullan\u0131m program\u0131 almak gerekir. Bu tip a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 olan ki\u015filerin y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerini \u00f6zellikle toprak zeminde veya tartan zeminde (hal\u0131 sahalarda kullan\u0131lan madde) yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neririm. E\u011fer illa y\u00fcr\u00fcme band\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131lacaksa 4- 4,5 h\u0131z\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde 20 dakika ile 30 dakika aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131labilir. Ancak \u00f6zellikle ko\u015fulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyorum.<\/p><p><strong>Spordan \u00d6nce Is\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong><\/p><p>Spor yaparken olu\u015fan sakatl\u0131klar\u0131n, \u0131s\u0131nmadan spora ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hallerde art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenmektedir. Spor \u00f6ncesinde yap\u0131lan germe ve \u0131s\u0131nma hareketleri yanl\u0131\u015f spor yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde sakatlanma oran\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaz. Sadece sizi spora haz\u0131rlar. Ayr\u0131ca spora \u00e7abuk yo\u011funla\u015fma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan fayda da sa\u011flar.<\/p><p><strong>Ka\u00e7 dakika egzersiz ?<\/strong><\/p><p>Aletlerin say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re her alette ge\u00e7irilecek s\u00fcre de fakl\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fcme band\u0131 i\u00e7in 20\u201330 dakika, bisiklet i\u00e7in 15 dakika idealdir. Adale \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131larda \u00f6zellikle de bacak adalelerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran aletlerde 10 defadan iki set, \u00fcst grubu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran aletlerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klarla 10 defadan iki set yap\u0131labilir. Ay y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc denilen alette ise direnci s\u0131f\u0131rdan ba\u015flat\u0131p yava\u015f yava\u015f art\u0131rarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 dakikal\u0131k egzersizi \u00f6neririm. Egzersizin ba\u015f\u0131nda ve sonunda v\u00fccudu esnetici egzersizler yapmak da son derece faydal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun iki yarar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6receksiniz. Birincisi adale ve tendonlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 spora haz\u0131rlars\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130kincisi ise adale \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak konsantrasyonunuzu y\u00fckseltirsiniz. \u00d6te yandan aletten alete ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir-iki dakikal\u0131k molalar son derece yararl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ok uzun s\u00fcreli ara vermekten ise ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Spor s\u0131ras\u0131nda ki\u015filerin kalp ritimlerini ve tansiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 mutlaka kontrol ettirmeleri gerekir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015filerin de, normal kiloya sahip olanlar\u0131n da yapacaklar\u0131 egzersiz tiplerine g\u00f6re kalp ritimlerini ve tansiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol ettirme zorunluluklar\u0131 vard\u0131r.
