T\u00fcketilen besin maddelerinin \u00f6nemi de olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n beslenmelerinde en fazla tercih etti\u011fi besin gruplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda tah\u0131llar da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde olduk\u00e7a fazla t\u00fcketilmekte olan tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de gl\u00fcten i\u00e7eren temel besin maddelerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Gluten denildi\u011fi zaman ilk olarak bu\u011fday, \u00e7avdar, arpa gibi tah\u0131llar akla gelmektedir.<\/p><p>\u00a0Gluten ile bir hastal\u0131k ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ilk akla gelen \u00e7\u00f6lyak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak ifade edilebilmektedir. \u00c7\u00f6lyak hastalar\u0131n\u0131n gl\u00fcten t\u00fcketmeleri durumunda ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k problemleri meydana gelebilir.
