Gerginliklerle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak, konsantrasyonu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek, duygular\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmek ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri kontrol etmek gibi temel beceriler edinmenizi sa\u011flar.
