Ancak bazen diyetisyenlerin s\u00f6ylediklerini kulak arkas\u0131 edip \u201c<strong>diyet yaparken neler yenmeli<\/strong>&nbsp;ya da yenmemeli\u201d sorular\u0131na yanl\u0131\u015f cevap verdi\u011fimiz zamanlar oluyor. Hadi gelin, diyette yanl\u0131\u015f bilinen do\u011frulardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 nelermi\u015f beraber bakal\u0131m.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sadece bitki \u00e7ay\u0131 i\u00e7erek zay\u0131flayabilirim.<\/strong><\/h2><p>En bilindik yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylentisi geliyor. \u0130\u015fin asl\u0131 ise \u015fu \u015fekilde: Hi\u00e7bir yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek tek ba\u015f\u0131na zay\u0131flat\u0131c\u0131 etki yaratamaz. Evet, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay, maydanoz ve beyaz \u00e7ay gibi bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131 \u00f6dem atma konusunda sana yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Ancak bu \u00e7aylar, tek ba\u015flar\u0131na zay\u0131flaman\u0131 sa\u011flamazlar. D\u00fczg\u00fcn, dengeli bir beslenme ve spor sayesinde kilo kayb\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 desteklerler. Ama durum tam olarak \u00f6yle de\u011fil. Unutma, her \u015feyin fazlas\u0131 zararl\u0131.
