Bu t\u00fcr egzersiz programlar\u0131nda tempolu ve yava\u015f uygulanan hareketler kombine halde sunulur. B\u00f6ylece kalp at\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlendirilmesinin hedeflendi\u011fi egzersizler, durmaks\u0131z\u0131n en az 30 \u2013 45 dakika aras\u0131nda s\u00fcren interval hareketlerden olu\u015fur.
