Bu \u00f6neriler, bireylerin dengeli ve besleyici bir diyetle ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 desteklemeyi ama\u00e7lar ve her ya\u015f grubuna y\u00f6nelik genel ilkeler i\u00e7erir.<\/p><p>WHO, \u00e7e\u015fitli ve dengeli bir diyetin \u00f6nemini vurgular. G\u00fcnl\u00fck beslenmede \u00e7e\u015fitli meyve, sebze, baklagil, tam tah\u0131l ve kuruyemi\u015fler yer almal\u0131d\u0131r. Yeti\u015fkinler i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck en az 400 gram (be\u015f porsiyon) meyve ve sebze t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilir. Ayr\u0131ca, doymu\u015f ya\u011flar\u0131n ve trans ya\u011flar\u0131n t\u00fcketiminin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, bunun yerine doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011flar\u0131n tercih edilmesi gerekti\u011fi belirtilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ya\u011fl\u0131 et ve tereya\u011f\u0131 yerine bal\u0131k, avokado ve bitkisel ya\u011flar tercih edilmelidir.<\/p><p>\u015eeker ve tuz t\u00fcketiminin kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. WHO, uluslararas\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k konular\u0131nda otorite kabul edilen bir kurulu\u015f olarak, d\u00fcnya genelinde sa\u011fl\u0131k politikalar\u0131n\u0131n koordine edilmesinde ve uygulanmas\u0131nda merkezi bir rol oynar.
