Dudaklar\u0131n gerilirken \u00e7atlamalar\u0131n\u0131 istemezsin. \u0130\u015fte egzersizin ad\u0131mlar\u0131:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u011fz\u0131m\u0131za hava dolduruyoruz ve yanaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u015fi\u015firiyoruz. Daha sonra i\u00e7erideki havay\u0131 gargara yaparken oldu\u011fu gibi sa\u011f yanaktan sol yana\u011fa ge\u00e7iriyoruz. Bu egzersizi 5 defa yapmak, g\u00fcl\u00fcc\u00fck \u00e7izgilerinin azalmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor.<\/li>\n\n<li>Kendine olan sevgini belli et! Aynan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dudaklar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcz\u00fcp kendine bir \u00f6p\u00fcc\u00fck at. Bu hareket sayesinde dudak kaslar\u0131n b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp gerilecek ve kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha dolgun dudaklara kavu\u015fmak i\u00e7in bir ad\u0131m atm\u0131\u015f olacaks\u0131n.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G\u00f6z yogas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2><p>Basit bir iki egzersizle hem g\u00f6z \u00e7evresindeki k\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n hem de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f kalitenin daha da iyile\u015fti\u011fine \u015fahit olacaks\u0131n. Unutma, kararl\u0131l\u0131k bu egzersizlerde anahtar nokta. Pes etmek yok!<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>G\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc sabit bir yere odakla. Onlar\u0131 olabildi\u011fince k\u0131s, ka\u015flar\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131p o noktaya 10 saniye bak. Bu s\u0131rada g\u00f6z \u00e7evrenin gerildi\u011fini hissedeceksin. 10 saniyenin sonunda y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc tamamen gev\u015fet ve rahat b\u0131rak. Bu egzersizi 5 kere yapmak g\u00f6z \u00e7evresi kaslar\u0131na iyi gelecek.<\/li>\n\n<li>S\u0131radaki egzersiz i\u00e7in tek ihtiyac\u0131n olan i\u015faret parma\u011f\u0131n! \u0130\u015faret parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131 havada \u00f6nce sa\u011fa, daha sonra sola kayd\u0131r. Kayd\u0131r\u0131rken g\u00f6zlerinle takip etmeyi unutma.
